.... mainly.... I really, really like the artwork here, especially depicting the Power as some grotesque entity, the shot of Purgatory being constantly watched by an all seeing eye... I guess I'm just a sucker for these sort of religious themes and motifs. Very cool stuff.
The rest of it was... my main problem with the relationship was that it wasn't very convincing. I didn't really feel any sort of deep and abiding friendship or anything else between Emily and Yuna, just a one sided thing propped up by a little dress up montage, "oh you're cute, blah blah." I guess it was one of those things that really needed more showing than telling. You'd think 116 pages would be enough for both.
I'm a little disappointed in that aspect, but otherwise I thought it an intriguing read.
