I am really surprised Bethesda is actually surviving the console wars and was able to give a 10th anniversary package to another Broken Gamez aside from Skyrim!

Fallout is something you should play. Loved Fallout 4, it has relatable lore since I lived in Acton for a short time a long time ago. So I visited the place around 200x, so most of the places in the game did make sense to me, albeit a futuristic twist. Bar Harbor too!!

DB Technical school and it's dungeon boss Bosco actually is cool. I even to get to wear the Dog Mascot helmet," Gringo. "

To think they have Hope's March Pentecostal Church and Holy Trinity Church in the game, which actually are closed down I. 2026, if I am right. Of course everyone became ghouls!!

I liked 4 (played it on XBox), but Preston Garvey and the Minutemen quests needed to be something that could have been turned off and back on as desired with no penalties from the outset - the 'go save this settlement or they'll die' nagging got old.

Despite how much more there was in the game, it didn't feel quite as gleefully reckless as New Vegas - a lot of the goofy underlying dark humor seemed to be missing. Still a great game, just not as convincingly a member of the Fallout franchise.

This is why I love games that grew old with me.

Too bad Pokémon didn't.
Pokemon was a one time thing for me. Got a used 2DS and Pokemon X from a relative, played, enjoyed and finished it and never looked back. I salute those who could play for hundreds upon hundreds of hours, collecting shinies or even play competitively. This is something beyond me.

Back on track though, favourite Fallout 4 vanilla companion?

New Vegas is really good. It was a game of the decade for me.

The Fallout live action of Amazon captured well what we want to win for Fo4, the Brotherhood of Steel!

I actually ran a BoS playthrough and the minutemen quests stopped!
Yeah, if you get off the Minuteman track they do. It's not so much that I disliked the faction as I disliked them dumping all their responsibility on the player. You were supposedly a viable group before I came along, just keep doing what you've been doing and I'll be around doing my own thing.
