Curry is Ichigo Kurosaki's favorite food, too, apparently (or at least something he likes... been a while since I read the character profile at the back of the 1st volume). Now the author says it's delicious. I'm so tempted to try it but I handle spicy foods terribly. I'll search for non-spicy curry and see if I can make it.

You have never had curry before?! Good luck on your search for curry. My experience with it is mixed, as it is quite variable, sweet, salty, mashy, sauce-like, etc. I suppose it can suit anyone's taste in that sense. I recommend trying JP-style curry, not sure the difficulty in making it but since you are introduced by character/people from JP, it seems a logical step to take.
