Ehh. I dunno if I would call that a double Noble Phantasm, it just kept switching back and forth between their normal NP animations without changing them in any way. More "two different NPs that just happen to be being fired at the same time" than a proper Combination; a Combination would alter the properties of the NP in some question, with a new animation and/or different properties.

But maybe I just have very strong opinions about what constitutes a Combo and what doesn't and I'm not sure if I should blame my slavering lust for Tokusatsu for that or not.
