He had a reputation for many, MANY years of the game as being one of the worst 4 star servants you could pull due to an at the time abysmal kit and card set. To the point of his nickname just being "Rare Prism" because it was better to burn him than to include him in a team. I've heard he's since gotten buffs that makes him viable, but he's still not particularly well used.
