So "tlaloc" originally isn't human-shaped? I haven't finished reading LB7, wonder if it was mentioned there.
Now it kinda make sense why she staked her life to protect mictlan mexico, despite her doing nothing for tenochtitlan. After obtaining human-like SG, her final struggle in LB7 now is more understandablesalute

I don't really like tlaloc, her design is pretty good and I find the concept of an elemental coming to embody the concept of a city interesting but I simply don't care much for her role in the story, it somehow feels like you could take her out of the story and nothing would be lost, the story would still be as emotional as it is.
Feels like nasu had to patch together a bunch of different elements for this lostbelt but didnt get much inspiration on how to do it, many of it's elements are interesting but the way they are integrated into the story is just not as interesting. Take for example ORT, Arcueid Lumina on TsukiRe is tons of times scarier than it is despite it being on her same league if not leagues above.
