He is. Per interludes, Arjuna has manifested a second personality as a sort of coping mechanism to deal with some of his fucked up actions also named Krishna. That’s why once a while he refers to Krishna strangely in the story like “my inner Krishna”.
He describes it as a version of himself that sides atop a throne happily smiling and plotting with a knife in hand (like his FA).
