This reveals that Cho So-Wol killed Suzie during the fight and lost her leg in the process. This also somewhat (maybe) confirms that this revolution only happened last year. In an earlier chapter Bob Sopp remembers Cho So-Wol, the "lesbian whore", who bet her right leg a year ago (if I remember correctly). So unless she bets her right leg a lot, this all happened about a year or so ago.
