Finding a H manga

Premise is simple: two female friends checks into a Ryokan/Onsen inn, one lady is smitten with one of the staff, H action happened, That One Staff is exceedingly goos at his job, That Lady is smitten enough and satisfied enough she wants to quit her day job and get employed at the Ryokan inn to get closer to That Staff.
Although it featured two ladies, only one lady got the spotlight. The other lady got drunk her ass off and was just in a few panels.
