First time created title need to wait for how long to be approve

One of my group members created their first title for me, but when they submitted it, the status showed "submitted." However, when I searched for the title, it was not there, and the title still remained submitted. If they press submit again, an error pops up in the picture.

For me it was 3 days on my first title

Only the one who submitted a title is able to see it and make as many changes as they want until it gets approved or rejected. Only once the title is approved, it becomes visible to everyone and chapters can be uploaded. The amount of time varies depending on the day of the week and the workload the staff has. Just be patient until it gets approved and once your group member tells you that the title is ready you'll be able to see it and start uploading stuff.

The title draft system:​

The title draft system serves two purposes. On one hand, it allows you to preview what the title entry will look like once live, amend it, and improve it. On the other hand, it allows us to check the validity and quality of the data added to MangaDex, and to combat abuse/spam.

Once satisfied with your title draft, you can submit it for publication. In general this means that it will get queued for manual inspection by a member of our content moderation team (typically within 48 hours). However, certain roles (Contributor, Group Leader, Power-Uploader, and VIP) are exempt from this and their title drafts are automatically approved. (note: in case of abuse, this privilege can and will be taken away).

If your submission was rejected, you should first check whether it was in violation of our site rules or was a duplicate of a preexisting title. If the reason is still unclear at this point, please contact us on our Discord server, our forums, or by email.

Also, it's not just the first title, if they don't have any of those roles, all of their title submissions are queued for manual inspection.
