Follow Authors and Artists

A feature allowing you to follow Authors and Artists like you can already with Groups would be a great addition to the site I think. I often find myself coming across Oneshots or New Mangakas who's work I'd definitely read in the future, however I almost always forget to. This way, you'd see when an Author or Artists began a new series.

The author/artist system is still rudimentary at the moment. It will be improved upon at some point and following them will be possible.
