For got the name of the manga can anyone help?

I complete forgot the name of a Manga (fairly new manga at that)

the first chapter the MC lives in a futuristic world where flying "cars" exist, that big catch is Magic exists there, but sue to Laws and Culture only defense/ Slice of life magic is taught and Offense magic of any kind is banned. this is a Isekai style manga. and the MC is killed when a fling truck? rams into the building he's in then he is sent to a forest some where. that is the jest of it .
