I just read the final 2 volumes this afternoon

Hmm, I feel conflicted with this arc.
Sumi is now trying to be understanding while this lady-killer Sumioka is built with the new boss. I hoped to see more internal conflicts and discussions about marriage and not two identical arcs of jealousy and cheating vibes.

I was expecting a serious discussion about how their age gap and mentality can affect the relationship, which is kind of happening, but still that can be done without the jealousy.

I hope this will not become a recurring theme.
