[Forum] All manga links in manga discussion are broken [Fixed]

Manga Discussions threads have a link to their manga page, but they are all incorrect (or previous redirect stopped).

Example:
Rebuild World links to

https://mangadex.org/manga/99182618-ae92-4aec-a5df-518659b7b613

but

https://mangadex.org/title/99182618-ae92-4aec-a5df-518659b7b613

would be correct.
