[Forums] Misnumbering in Forum Rules screen [Fixed]

When you join the forum, the numbering seems to be slightly off. 2.3 should probably be changed to rule 3, and the subrules to 3.x.

Its a bit tricky because i tried to get it to add the numbers via css but thanks for mentioning, will be fixed
