It's like the manga is compensating for the underwhelming way the story of the second game was told by going nuts on the events of the third game, and I am all for it.

It's funny that this whole thing about the kingdom was told in a way more faithful to the secret movie of the second game than how it was done in the third game.

Come to think of it, since her introduction in the manga, Wappa has been the biggest diversion of the story of the games, and after the events of the final secret movie of the third game, this somewhat makes sense, what exactly does this actually mean, that remains to be seen.

It really feels like they're finally taking advantage of being free of the game's obligation to have everything centralize around the taranis. Especially regarding the actions of the children themselves.

I have no idea how theyre going to get Wappa on the tank at this point, shooting the tank's captain off a cliff usually leads to some bad blood.

They sure seem to like shooting people with regular guns in this adaptation. Reminds me of all the drawings WAKA had in the Solatorobo art books of characters stanced up with well drawn firearms. I'm 100% here for it though.
