interesting to have a complex about being shorter, i imagine he'd be taller than the average girls to begin with but heels seem like more trouble than they're worth but i just wear sneakers /never cared for shoes even tho i don't mind cute fashion clothes overall (well, i wouldn't mind wearing 'cute' flats if they were affordable too)

seeing the pics they got in the store you could get by with getting shirt+innerwear+pants there, but make sure to add your own style like sneakers you liked and accessories (watches, glasses etc)
