There might be languages where the same word is used for a step-sibling (a child from previous marriage of a person your parent married to), a half-sibling (a sibling that shares one parent with you), a sibling-in-law (a spouse of your own sibling) and a foster sibling (someone your parents adopted) but AFAIK English isn't one.

There are trash translations that use one of the aforementioned words instead of another, and honestly I'd rather not see it more than necessary.
