I have a feeling it would be some sadistic guro shit if it was. The creators add the worse possible things they can think of to the point of comedy. Raoul is more of a natural disaster than a person at this point, very hard to empathize with him.

Bad writing doesn't change the fact that otherwise sane people can do extreme things if their buttons are pushed correctly, which is all I was saying. A little bit of alcohol, triggering mental trauma, a short temper, or even being raised in a morally bankrupt environment. Bad morals or a lack of self control does not equate to insanity.

Also, it's been heavily implied that Theodora hasn't really been touched yet, other than the shenanigans her stepmother did to her.

It's not unique to this genre, all of them have authors that do it if the manga is selling well. Romcom harems and shounen action are two genres particularly guilty of this as well. The "problem" is that it is like sweets- even if it's bad, it's still good enough to fulfill that guilty pleasure.

We literally see her being raped by the one douche that Raul killed awhile ago though... even goes "oh so tight" and such
