Love the difference between raoul’s experience and the goddess.
Raoul’s experience is shown to be much more horrific and despite the goddess using sex magic (he says it feels better than before, as if she is enhancing his senses) he feels humiliated, cause he was just raped.
The goddesses is very similar. She is forced by somehow she doesn’t want (raped) and is drugged with sex magic. BUT if we see her crying and feeling humiliated (like how raoul responded) then we might feel bad for her and think that was way too fucked up. So now she gets practically mind broken because the author knows their audience.
Also wtf kind of punishment is this? Raoul got some shit ass creativity (or the author saw how redo of a healer did and wanted to ape that shit) This woman manipulated the others around him and essentially fucked his entire life, then she raped him. I feel like controlling his life to make him dependent upon her only to likely abandon him later as he proves worthless is way more fucked up. Why not age her? She seems to put a great deal of emphasis on physical appearance. Why not force her to understand those she abandoned? Why not put her in solitary confinement? Why not give her a lobotomy (pro we get a fucked up image of a human brain) and fuck with her ability to feel and ration things out.
