I thought him removing his glasses will reveal him looking badass when he was a former leader but it just changed his complexion a little bit. Hope it makes them like him more than seeing him as a tool based on their expression at the end. This was a good chapter to end on for this anthology collection. If people don't get the title, an alternative would be "Our Onii-chan is our Aniki" or "Our Brother is our Boss" (in the literal Japanese, it's the reverse, but meaning wise, that's how it is)

Yeah, seeing the side note on the title threw my initial thoughts out the window...But they were still there.
