Does this author really has 7 other Manga going on at the same time?

Is she really supposed to be a villainess? The meaning of this word has been warped beyond recognition in manga.
The hair's colour being tied to magic is neat...but odd in a black and white medium.
Getting hired to be a royal's wife is bizarre to me, I would understand caretaker, but wife?
Her story makes me think of a Cinderella story of sorts...with some missing steps.

My guess is king needs a mom for his kids and doesn't want to actually marry someone. So he hires Julia as stand-in wife to deter any proposals so to speak.
