Both of those felt way too abrupt.
It's impressive to make the first "I love you" and a kiss feel abrupt when it's been so blatant all along, but it still managed it.

Well, i think i just had to wait before talking next time. Between Kasumi's mom already talking about Sakurako being her daughter in law, the kiss and the I love you from Kasumi, i think it's quite enough for me here. There one thing that disturb me a little, it is the first time Kasumi's Father is mentionned ? I think i vaguely remember him being mention but i'm not sure about that.

Guys, don't forget they reached the "old couple" stage at lightspeed. It's obvious that Kasumi loves Sakurako. If she didn't, even she wouldn't just go along with the flow when Sakurako is talking about their next step in life. They're just super casual about their love, that's all.
Kasumi is very "my pace" but her first kiss was still with Sakurako back on the undercover of volume 2.

Note : Kasumi immediately said yes to the pink kimono (pink is Sakurako's image colour while hers is light blue), and those kind of affectionate touches from Kasumi are everywhere even though they're quite discreet because of Sakurako's exuberance.

Nice, very nice finally confirmation on Kasumi loving Sakurako damn that makes me so happy, sure it was obvious but why tease your readers like that? Im happy theyre in that type of relationship and the parents accept when the mom said she was happy for having such a daughter-in-law i was like "there's my confirmation ?" and WHAM! Author stops fucking around and outright says it, good it felt like he was keeping the readers in the dark with that, and with how Kasumi acts at times as if shes just going along with Sakurako for the fuck of it, it truly had me going "they are a couple, right?" i mean even from the very start Kasumi went along with Sakurakos whims and while yeah they've gotten friskier over the series you can never know with manga authors they take immense pleasure from disappointing readers, it lengthens their lifespans after all.

Also confirmation that they kiss often is nice they really are in a proper relationship it had been hard to know with Kasumis dry and my pace attitude and Sakurakos craziness and such.

Well now that we know it is the real deal a lot of Kasumis "not right now we're outside" are even better.

Cmoooonnnnnn they must also have a pretty active physical relationship lol remember Sakurako liking Kasumis meatbuns?

Damn i do wish we get to see when they changed from just friends to lovers but i doubt it i guess it just happened.
