Please note that the volumes correspond to what is on MangaUpdates, and is due to Chapters 17 and onwards being scanlated from bunkobans instead of tankobons like the chapters preceding 17.

At chapter 16, scanlations jumped from using the tank version (v6) to the bunko version of the same chapter (in v4). To preserve reading order, c16-22 are all marked as v6 even though they were scanlated from the bunko version (v4-5). Basically! Read it in chapter order and you're fine, the volume number makes no difference.
