Sounds like the author is going to let the MILF move on to the delivery dude. NGL, that's something I can totally get behind. It allows the MILF and child to form a functional family, rather then constantly vying for attention of a playboy.

Also makes sense from a business prospective because unlike the MC, he would have more time to support the MILF. This also give the MC time and opportunity to court his harem rather then always needing to help out with a restaurant.

The MILF's continued existence in the harem would also get really, really awkward once his position as a consort to both the duke's daughters, and the count's.
