Yeah, I'm not really sure where it came from either. I know the counter guy said he wanted to keep their SNAFU quiet, and I mean technically they didn't pay... but it was a gift... so... that doesn't really explain it. Still, there's no alternate translation of that page that I'm aware of. "Manbikihan" is shoplifter and only shoplifter.
