I'm sorry, this is a very heartwarming chapter, but...

These tits are something else, oh my lord![]()
I'm not really sure why they didn't even take into consideration the possibility of Hisana transferring to a Grey Body though, like it'd just be all around better for both of them as it seems quite clear the royal Grey Bodies [EDIT: Or perhaps the royal GB's are the "Angels" mentioned earlier in the story and as such function differently and can't be corrupted by Beta?] don't go through Beta transformation (and it's also quite obvious that Isana is a princess and as such probably has her own personal Grey Body stored somewhere.)This is very touching and the fact that Hime decided she wanted to become human right away instead of ... I don't know:
Letting these feelings linger and do something retarded like forcing Hisana into a "grey body" of her own.
I get the feelings things wont be as easy as this chapter makes it out to be.
Anyway. Thank you for the chapter!
I am a bit out of the loop because I haven't re-read this recently but it's pretty clear that the downfall of the old world was in part caused by their use and abuse of grey bodies, even if there are additional nuances and complexities in the mix.I'm not really sure why they didn't even take into consideration the possibility of Hisana transferring to a Grey Body though, like it'd just be all around better for both of them as it seems quite clear the royal Grey Bodies [EDIT: Or perhaps the royal GB's are the "Angels" mentioned earlier in the story and as such function differently and can't be corrupted by Beta?] don't go through Beta transformation (and it's also quite obvious that Isana is a princess and as such probably has her own personal Grey Body stored somewhere.)
Like yeah I get that living and dying together is romantic and all but... it's just completely unnecessary as long as Isana is willing to transfer to a GB, also becoming an organic (that isn't a Monotsuki) is probably harder than going from organic to GB, even if it is possible Hime would still have eternal youth cuz she'd just be emulating an organic body via her nanomachines like the Monotsuki, not actually organic, she'd have to consciously self terminate her functions when Isana dies.

And from a from a meta point of view you can't have your story be resolved by having the main character "give up humanity" to become immortal for selfish reasons. That's not really a "good guy" thing to do!
I would argue the tales about "loosing one's humanity" are to be looked at more poeticaly than something as shallow as xenophobia...I caught up to the latest chapter, it's some bs about souls and that if you live too long the "shell" of the soul that contains personality data and memories gets too thick and you go insane unless you start deleting memories, the thing is though that Isana (who turns out to be the actual owner of Hime's GB) has a unique soul which can handle all of that additional data, entire reincarnations worth of data so she shouldn't be capable of undergoing Beta transformation regardless of how long she lives. Plus the whole "losing your humanity" crap has always been such bs to me, you don't need to be human to be a good person, just the concept of that is straight up xenophobia.
