This manga's atmosphere is so unique. Pretty sure this is the only post-apocalyptic yuri I'm currently reading.

Action is not this mangaka's strong suit though, so hopefully that will only be a small part of the story going forward.

Yeah, this episodic approach is doing wonders for the manga in my opinion. The main plot isn't as interesting as all the tragedies you can bring out from humanity's last days.
