Really doesn't feel like a oneshot? Or alternatively not like a finished chapter? Ended very abruptly.

edit: ah, that would prolly be because it isn't one. My oneshot filter allows ch1's through (due to how common incorrectly tagging things are), and I just didn't notice it was that and not oneshot.
...But I also realized I need to update it with a rule for 1.1 (etc.) chapters, as I can probably safely assume that aa oneshot won't mistakenly be labeled as a part-chapter.
