Her name is written シャルロット (phonetically "sharurotto"). The nickname is シャロ ("sharo"). Charo is at least a reasonable transliteration, though I guess you could argue Chalo more closely matches the parts of Charlotte that are being retained.

Both sound a bit weird in English, though. Something like "Charl" would sound more natural.
