Double charging issue on HiDive?

No, they had lost payment information - my payment methods were blank when I logged in and looked at those. Once I re-entered the card I use for recurring charges, and set it to be the default payment option, it ran right away, but in comparing the transaction details to last month, it's described differently, which makes me think they changed processors as part of their recent update.

Having had to deal with credit card processor changes for clients as part of my job, I suspect there was a token issue somewhere, and many (if not most/all) accounts will be having problems with this on their first payment cycle post-conversion.
