I have a bias with mangas so i really want to hate this. This is chapter 2 and im still questioning wth is the story about? I find the narrative to be annoying. So mc was like a special operator and hes level 2? he also got some weird memories? Why is he suddenly in an accident that lead him to be a hero that saved the passengers? If next chapter keeps adding on more question this would be obnoxious.

I don't get how anyone's first reaction to an accident can be "I need to let as many people know about this as possible" and "first [..] broadcast this". I know that is how most people nowadays would react, but why? At least try to provide help if you can!?!
