This is so ridiculous. The story would have been much better without these second forms, or whatever they are. If the MC had killed this particular summoned champion earlier, and that would have made the other summoned people more careful and prepared, it would have been promising. This god mode stuff achieves nothing positive for the plot, but it renders the local people totally useless and thus roleless.

The panels looked too zoomed in to really show some of the battle scenes. The oversize sound effect letters didn't help. But if those weren't large, then it won't convey that it was loud. Tough choices really.

Right? I was like imagine if the MC had actually killed him the first time he attacked him instead of this "I wasn't even in my final form" moment. It makes me fearful of how many chapters the other "heros" fights are gonna be if the weakest is this long.
