Another interesting contrast to Aku no Hana, with the male best friend being the one to express his first meeting with Gift as having brought color into his life instead of the supposed yandere (Kadomi). I'm getting the feeling that Taima will unfortunately be the craziest one in the story, precisely because he is shown to have that wholesome view of their friendship. And if Kokomi is supposed to be the Nanako of this story, I have to wonder when and how she's going to go full federal offender.
