@boag: It had some trashy moments, but for the most part it was a lot better than your average manga. The rest of Oku's works (GIGANT included) are so bad, however, that I sometimes wonder if a ghostwriter did the story for GANTZ. Also I don't think Papico will die anytime soon since readers wouldn't care very much about her dying atm - not enough character development.

Killing off Papico would be stupid since the fact that it is her with this ability is pretty much the only interesting thing about this manga. Still I expect this to be bad, so it probably will happen.
