I would say that if there was any part in that chapter that gives any evidence of her having been "used" I would say this screencap is. I don't see anything that indicates that anything aside from torture has happened to her. There's no checks of previous entries having been fulfilled.
@Kasik
It's late and I'm not sure if I can explain it properly.
So everything that's happening in this chapter is after Marz rescued Azura.
Because the knight commander is receiving the reports in past tense, that Marz had "failed to rescue the girl" see page 3.
Then on page 4, the commander asks his subordinates to confirm Azura is still locked up, which the other knights affirm in that screencap. So when the knights say, "the guests are arriving as scheduled" it's after they've made sure fake Azura is locked up again.
And then if you go to page 6, fat bald pervert is complaining about Azura having no voice, with the head knight thinking that's weird. Whereas in the previous chapter, Marz states that he crushed Gomorrah's throat after he changed him into looking like Azura.
Now going back several chapters, when Azura is introduced in chapter 44, and when Marz rescues her in chapter 51 her appearance is unchanged. X shaped bruises on both thighs, dried blood on head. Compare and contrast with the appearance of Gomorrah as Azura, with tits hanging out and decidedly moist.
And finally, the black comedy aspect of having someone whose name is Sodom and Gomorrah, who are a part of a sex trafficking ring, being turned into a girl and getting raped is actually pretty funny.
Edit: I forgot to add that this is a Japanese work, not a Korean manwha. Japanese stories in general avoid the "defiled forever" trope while Korean stories run on NTR "you saw her first but I took her first lol" drama.
