This is definitely not something anyone just learning would be able to read, the writing's quite loose at tiny size. As near as I can make out the first bubble is 結愛か・・・ 可愛いいい子だよなぁ 思わせぶりなことも あるけど・・・
Which is 'Yua, huh...? She's a cute, sweet girl. But she can be a bit of a tease sometimes...'
Second bubble is もしかして 俺のこと好きなのかな はははまさかなー which is 'Could it be... maybe she likes me? Ahahaha, no way.'
Some of the characters are quite scrawly but it's what makes sense with the characters I can read around them (and I can read most of them). So I'm pretty sure this is close enough for government work.
Edit: Sorry I put this inline with the chapter too, no idea how those other comments work yet, I don't like them as much.
