Hachiken is entitled to have his thoughts on his father, sometimes the best thing to do is not to engage in the conflict but let people air out their grievances without making it a fight. Also, none of what Hachiken said is insulting, he's just giving his perspective and how he feels about the way his father treats him. He's not calling him names or denouncing him as a person or anything.
