So the blood keeps the will of Utsuro, that is destroying everything and maybe restoring the main body to destroy everything more successfully. And then suddenly what is restored is the mixed-memories being that just wants to die somehow. And it has this plan of using destructive copy-Utsuros and separating its heart for maybe dying for real. And when the being is active, it controls the blood copies except for the Takasugi one? Or did they all just conveniently expire that same moment except Takasugi's, which is somehow the vilest and stealthiest? Or did that random enemy boss speak for himself about their good intentions (which required terrorism, killings, mass destruction and Utsuroing)?

I am lost.
