Being the leader of team sports in general can be really stressful. Everyone has different levels of motivation and talent to a sport so naturally not everyone will be able to the expectations set by Darjeeling. Hopefully she communicates her intentions well and motivate the team after the conflict shown in the teasers of chapter 4.
