Without access to the raws, I can only speculate, but it's possible she said "Ogon" instead of "Ogin", where "gon" comes from "gold" and can be read as "kane" meaning "money", while "gin" comes from "silver".

It's all just speculation, though.

あら (ara): An exclamation, like "Oh!" or "My!"
どん底の (donzoko no): This translates to "the very bottom," "rock bottom," or "the depths of."
お金さん (okane-san): "Money." Due to the Furigana きん (kin) next to the kanji for gold (金).

Originally I came with ''Miss Rock bottom Money", but I'm still in a loss of sense, I will update it for Miss Gold, but I'm still uneasy with the original text.

In Japanese Ogin (お銀) means "silver", it's supposed to be a pun about Silver and Gold(Money).
