Waiting for User Glass Mask - chapter numbering issue

Chapter 259 and onwards appear to be misnumbered. Chapter 258 was skipped in the numbering, but 259 picks up exactly from where 257 left off. At least one other user has already commented on this error.

Volumes don't seem to have contents pages with chapter numbers, can't verify this report without a complete copy of V47 raw to refer to.
