Yeah, seems like it, at least "next year" in-universe - no telling how long it'll take in real time for that to happen. These characters are a school-year behind Rize (and I believe also Yura). Chino, Maya, and Megu were the youngest by another year, before the Ginger twins and Fuyu joined the cast.

I don't know if the manga will go on far beyond Cocoa's graduation - after all, the story started with Cocoa's first day in the Half-Timbered Town, and seems to have been about how she affected the other characters, encouraging them to grow and bloom, with most of the original arcs of character development looking like they've been resolved, so graduation seems like a natural way to bring the manga to a close.

But, I could think of a couple ways to keep the story going beyond that, ranging from following the older girls through college, or focusing on the original characters after the older ones leave, or spinning off the original story in any of a handful of ways, and I guess a lot depends on whether Koi wants to keep going, or wrap the story up and try something new.

(EDIT: I somehow missed that Rize and Yura were already quietly attending college, and Syaro and Chiya were already working on their college entrance exams! Graduation is closer than I thought.)
