From what I know the ELS are the only alien specie to ever appear in a Gundam, humans that got modified from techonlogy, evolved for space, came from another dimension or were born outside Earth are still humans.
Gundam SeeD had a deep space exploration returning with a alien fossil, but it was just that, a fossilized corpse, it didn't go much over that so is hard to count as there was no meeting.
