I see someone mentioning Angel Halo from V, there is also some "テン・バ・イャ" (TEN BA IYA? Or "Ten Buyers?") that I have no idea about (Oh, that's what Fire Goddess mentions that is translated as "demons of scar al-peen"). Anyway, if the comments have some information and someone can understand it, please report.

Could also be another Zeorimer reference, it has been over a decade since I watched it, so I don't remember almost anything besides the iconic pose, but I do remember the characters were mostly serious and stuff.
