They do have nipples (and all other important parts) otherwise they could have a mindswitch from the reminder that they are not human anymore.

They have human components that would make them necessary to live “as humans” and to avoid “cognitive dissonance” which are normal things like

• digestive system (even if they do not need to eat to gain energy)
• respiratory system/lungs (which is needed to supply oxygen to the human brain)
• cardiovascular (which should be what circulates a NIKKE’s body structure as “fuel”)

They made it official that they can’t reproduce as they do not have any wombs or ovaries (as of Cherry Blossom), and I don’t think nipples would be necessary for them to have.
In fact they’re just as similar as EVE in Stellar Blade (robot mannequins)

I think they meant by changing in the locker rooms. Probably a shared shower as well, so Privaty's colleagues would notice that she is a Nikke if she doesn't have nipples.

Though noting anything in their bodies and out aren’t 100% human but created artificially with Goddessium, the only human thing is their brain and psyche.
Even if that was the case some characters like Rupee and those from Prima Donna wouldn’t be known that they’re NIKKEs, but they’re known and seen as such.

So it all falls unto their interactions in the first place towards other humans
