Hello there, scantlator of this chapter. When doing the raw into the localization I tried to keep everything as is on the source with minor additions (this being internal voiceovers). Internal voiceovers do not have the need of speech bubbles if you read in due context.

But I will add that this was my first scantlation of this manga, and further down the line I have developed better techniques for these as a first timer.
