I mean if you want your food to taste terrible, be my guest. Stevia tastes kind of sweet to start, but it has this disgusting bitter aftertaste. Xylitol is good if you want to shit yourself, good if you're constipated. Still noticibly tastes weird/bad. Phenylalanine is pretty bad too. I think you're just better off just not having it at all.
Sucks for people who have diabetes and they have to have artificial sweetener.
