Will you mark the series as completed then?

Should the series be marked as completed then?

I was going to do so, but MD now specifies that it requires an official statement that the series is completed. I looked through the author's Twitter and could find no such statement. If anyone can find a definitive official statement that the series is over, please let me know. As it is, the fact that the last chapter feels like a simple goodbye to the series and she has made zero updates since October will have to suffice.
