I've made the compromises in my life by choice and I also get to accept the consequences of ignoring social interaction in favor for money and my career. I made my bed and get to sleep in it.

Social groups? The only activities I really enjoy now are cars and guns. Neither community I find any joy in interacting with anymore. My old dalliances with audiologica? No one cares unless it's convenient or trendy. Both words that make me wince.

I've long accepted that my only interaction with women requires a money transaction, but my brain won't let me make that jump in the real world or I will lose what little compassion for others I have left. So I just get to sit in little holes in the internet trying by best to sound insightful or philosophical, when all I honestly want is to be numb and left alone. The various parts of my brain clawing for social interaction refusing to let me just sit and seek escape between shifts at work.

Well, I mean that's the entire premise of this manga tbh, a fluffy life of a married couple, it's not like she has no friends or hobbies, she did mention she has work to do, and her schedule in this chapter show us a glimpse of Haru's life outside the chapters we know (lunch with Nacchan, shopping with Mother-in-law,...).

To sum it up, it gets the job done for most of us.

Try reading the actual main manga, these are just epilogue chapters. We have already seen them actually getting together, the plot was done back then.
